All products of the company can enjoy free maintenance service during the warranty period except for the factory adjustment of processing technology, the use of fabrics or wiring beyond the normal use of the machine, and the production of process beyond the performance of the product.)

During the warranty period, no unit or individual shall charge the user for any form of service and maintenance (except for the cost of replacement parts).

Change service:

During the warranty period, if any defects in the casing at the time of manufacture or oil leakage caused by the casing are confirmed by our staff, you may directly request a replacement from the product supplier. The following situations are not eligible for returns or replacements: products beyond the three guarantees warranty period; quality issues caused by unauthorized repairs, misuse, collisions, negligence, abuse, liquid leakage, accidents, modifications, incorrect installation, or tampering with labels, serial numbers, anti-counterfeiting marks; incomplete packaging, accessories, freebies, or manuals; missing or altered invoices; and damage caused by force majeure.
